Frequently asked questions
Everything club presidents ask us.
Can we migrate our current Excel file?
Yes. We import your usual columns (members, games, officials) from an .xlsx or .csv. You start from your existing file, with no re-typing.
Is BasketBoard GDPR-compliant?
Your data is hosted in France, at OVH in Roubaix. For any request about your data (access, deletion, and so on), write to us and we'll take care of it.
How does cancellation work?
You're not tied to any minimum term: you can stop whenever you want, with no email to send, and get all your data back via export.
How many teams can I manage?
As many as you want: no plan caps the number of teams, and we never charge per team. What changes between tiers is the number of members: up to 150 on Club, 300 on Club+, 700 on Elite, and unlimited on Enterprise. You can switch tiers whenever you like, without losing your data.
How do the SMS work?
E-mail call-ups are included and unlimited on every plan. For SMS, each club plugs in its own Brevo API key: you buy your credits directly from Brevo, with your own sender. We never resell SMS. The SMS carries the call-up, sent on the weekday and at the hour chosen by the club, with the answer link; the reminder to those who have not answered also goes by SMS. Each message counts as one credit.
What support is available?
We answer your emails within 24 to 48 business hours, whatever your plan.
How do I know who is coming on Saturday?
Each official gets the call-up with two buttons, present or absent. The answer shows up right away on the schedule, as a dot next to their name. Someone drops out? The match form suggests available replacements, and the club gets an e-mail. Those who have not answered get an automatic reminder, and the day before the match you receive the list of what is still to confirm.
Can we change the day and time of the call-up?
Yes. By default the call-up goes out on Wednesday at 7 pm, but each club picks its weekday and hour in Settings, Call-ups tab. You can add a provisional planning one or two weeks ahead, and a reminder the day before the match.
Can we get our assignments in our calendar?
Yes. Each official has a calendar feed (iCal) to add to the calendar of their phone or computer: their assignments update on their own, with nothing to copy. The club also has a feed with all its home matches.
